The Sargent 28-60-10G71-LP Grade 1 Heavy Duty, Electromechanical Cylindrical Lever Lock.  The Fail Secure Function denotes that a Power off, Locks the outside lever. The 60 option means that the lock comes prepped for an LFIC Core. Additionally, the Lock features an L Rose, P Lever, 2-3/4" backset, 4-7/8" strike, a US26D Satin Chrome finish, and 12V or 24V Options.
