No returns can be accepted on special order products and or products not marked In stock on Special order products are not marked in stock on

Ligature hardware, items marked with lead time, Electrified Hardware, Custom keyed locks, Custom fabricated hardware are all non-returnable.

Please note that all custom orders are sold on a "Final Sale" basis only! Stock orders canceled within 24 hrs of being placed and before shipping are subject to a 25% processing restock. Stock orders canceled after 24 hrs of placement that were shipped incur a 45%-60% restocking, Cost of shipping and merchant 3.5% transaction fee.


- There are no returns on stock orders after 3 days of receipt.

No returns/Cancellations on orders that are charged a Minimum Order Fee.

No Returns/Cancellations on Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, 3 Day Air or Expedited orders.

 - There are no returns on custom factory orders and finishes US4, US3, US10, US10B, BSP, Matte Black, and or any custom finished door hardware which excludes 628 aluminum, 630 stainless steel 626 brushed chrome only.

There are no returns on orders with free shipping.

All items not marked in stock on are final sale.
